A newly completed and ultra-modern mansión carved into the solid rock 200 m. above sea level, on top of its own mountain range, amid a mature forested nature reserve. Villa Rocca is very spacious, and tastefully furnished (ultra modern-minimalist). Most of the furniture, taps, lights, etc. have been specially designed for the Villa.

Villa Rocca has 500 m2 of internal living space and 600m2 of terraces and external living areas; with a spectacular 180º panoramic views of Ibiza Old Town, the beaches of Salinas, Es Codolar and the Island of Formentera.

Villa Rocca has eight bespoke bedroom suites all with fantastic views, DVD, sound system, flat screen digital satellite TV, air-conditioning, mini-fridge, etc. There are eight bathrooms and three guest toilets, four fireplaces and two barbecues.

Villa Rocca has a roof top outside dining area with barbecue, linked by service lift to kitchen and wine cellar and a Bedouin chill-out tent. There is also a pool-side bar, dining and breakfast area also with barbecue.

Include a large swimming pool with waterfalls, hidden cave, floating cabana and sub-aquatic pool windows; a plunge pool and a roof top mini pool for 12 with hydromassage and fountain. There is a pond with waterfall and two hydromassage spa baths; Alfresco dance floor and disco area.

At Villa Rocca one can chill or party! Villa Rocca is just 6 km to Ibiza Town (on the road to San José). The amazing nightlife, the clubs and bars of Ibiza are about a 20 minutes drive as are some of the best beaches on the island.

Floating between Spain and the North African coast, the Balearic Islands are invaded every summer by a massive multinational force of hedonistic party animals and sun seekers. This is hardly surprising considering what's on offer: fine beaches, relentless sunshine, good food and wild nightlife.

What is surprising is that, despite the hordes, the four main islands - Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera - have maintained their individuality. Beyond the 24-hour parties are Gothic cathedrals, Stone Age ruins, fishing villages and endless orchards of oranges and olives

In the most desired location on the island, 6 km to Ibiza Town (on the road to San José). The amazing nightlife, the clubs and bars of Ibiza are about a 20 minutes drive, as are some of the best beaches on the island.

Climate: Summer (June, July and August) is the fun-in-the-sun season with a Mediterranean climate. Most days during summer the temperature hovers around 27°C (85°F) making it perfect for developing that euro-lifestyle tan. To avoid the crowds and save money come in May-June or September-October when the weather is still pleasant and warm but the crowds are thinner and accommodation is thicker on the ground. Winter (December, January and February) can be a peaceful time as the lack of beach weather keeps the hordes away. Even in winter, though, you're bound to get one or two days of the much-touted 300 days-out-of-the-year worth of sunshine.

Clothing: May, June and September - In the evenings, when out and about, you might need a jumper or light jacket. Otherwise shorts, light-trousers and t-shirts will be ok. July and August - The really hot season starts. You ought to be fine with t-shirts, short sleeve shirts and shorts. Lightweight cotton trousers are popular amongst the locals. October - pack a jumper and a jacket - best to be sure, as there are occasional rainy and windy days. The temperature in the evening can drop down to under 20º C!
